Chipboard is made from very small pieces of wood or sawdust, which are glued with a special resin at very high pressure and temperature. It has low density and moderate resistance to moisture, while it is often covered with melamine or veneer and is used for the construction of cabinets, offices, bookshelves, kitchens, tables and various other wooden structures.
