Description: Red Oak comes from America and it is kiln dried (KD). Its color is blonde to light red. It is flat grain and vertical grain, too. It has high density, hardness and durability. It is used for the construction of furniture, interior floors, frames, upholstery, stairs and other uses. Compared to the Red Oak of Europe, the American is slightly tougher.
